1. Program description. We send text messages related to appointment scheduling, appointment reminders and confirmations, billing, and general communication about your care.

2. How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on this website, by giving your mobile number to our staff and agreeing to receive text messages, or by texting our office first.

3. Cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

4. How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. To start receiving messages again, reply START or contact our office.

5. Help. Reply HELP to any message or call our office at (919) 489-0497.

6. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving dental care or any other service.

8. Privacy. Information collected through this program is handled according to our Privacy Policy above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
