Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. If you require assistance, reply HELP, or you can call (919) 489-0497 or email us at reception@nelsongentledental.com to reach our office. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

1. Program description. We send text messages related to appointment scheduling, appointment reminders and confirmations, billing, and general communication about your care.

2. How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS opt-in box on a form on this website, by giving your mobile number to our staff and agreeing to receive text messages, or by texting our office first.

3. Cost. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

4. How to opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. To start receiving messages again, reply START or contact our office.

5. Help. Reply HELP to any message, call our office at (919) 489-0497, or email us at reception@nelsongentledental.com.

6. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
